The Cheese Ball

125g cheddar cheese
125g cream cheese
125g coon cheese or your choice
5 small coloured pickled onion (red/green)
2 tablespoons chopped capsicum
2 tablespoons chopped gherkin
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon paprika

Soften cream cheese, add grated cheeses.
Mix 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce.
Add 2 tablespoons chopped capsicum,
2 tablespoons chopped gherkins,

Combine all ingredients. (keeping aside the curry and paprika)
Wrap in gladwrap for easier handling.
Shape and chill until firm.
Roll in equal quantities of paprika and curry powder each (1 tablespoon).
Make at least 12 hours before serving
